He has a really nice house here though, so I think he's cool.  :)

Duedel, lets just say that the combination of Socialist and German doesnt really impress me that much after 9-11. Irregardless of whether the socialist wants to call himself "socialist" or "social democrat". True, per definition it should be a difference, but my experience with socialists and social democrats (we have lots of those in Sweden you know) is that there really aint that big a difference.

As for your insults. *shrugs* if it makes you feel better, keep em coming...

As Johnny Carson would say...."I did not know that".  Thanks for the update.

Thanks Takeda. It would seem he did mean Nazi camp guard, at the very least. It didn't make sense that he would choose a Jewish prisoner/guard as his 'insult'.

The guy is still a crook and a salamander. Even though he has a nice house, Curval. ;)

He used the term "Kapò", that usually define one of the prisoners chosen as supplementary guard in the barrack.

Anyway here is an insult, as some italian jew has been in german's KC.

Berlusconi is NOT mafia boss, but is actively using is power to "ease up" the pressure posed on the mafia in the past years, thus gaining votes in the southern Italy, the high percentage of votes controlled by mafia, formerly given to Democratic Christians, a center party that governed Italy in the past 50 years.

Anyway, I have little sympaty for him.

No surprise here in Italy; we all expected some craps from Mr Berlusca; its not his first nor will be his last one.
We all know he is a "political parvenue" ,a man who made his fortune selling washing-machine, maybe a good manager but a terribly arrogant person with little political culture.
A man who thinks Italy (and Europe maybe) has to be managed like an his own factory....
Good for EU he will stay in charge for only six month, here in Italy we'll have to wait other three years (plus the two just  gone) before we can try to fire him out.
But , you know how we  say  here "we (not all) wanted that bicycle, and now we have to pedal"
