Good show! It is a rare thing to see a smoking 262 directly in your gunsights. Did you inflict that damage, or was it already in trouble?

That would hurt big time to lose a 262

.

Oh, no...I damaged and soon-after blew the 262 into pieces all on my own...1 vs. 4.

I dove behind the 262, and the driver tried to rope me in my very fast P-38. Of course, he got on channel 1 and declared that I'm a cheater.
