I find that if I am coming in with too much speed for a proper landing, I tend to giggle hysterically and attempt, repeat attempt, to fly through several hangers then turn back to the runway and see if my fear has slowed the plane down at all, if not, I usually auger trying to go thru the vehicle hanger, only manage to accomplish that once in awhile, it is always more fun if someone has spawned in the VH as you crash in a ball of fire in front of them and they think they are under attack
