Ah, the PanzerKampfSchneRad MkIII H1, designed for the winter of '43. The reason the windscreen has holes is that the prototype had the screen ripped off by the air pressure...:D

The Alkett Minenraumfahrzen or Minenraumpanzer, depending on which historical document you reference.

It's a mine-clearing vehicle; it drives across a minefield, setting off mines with its wheels; the plates on the wheels are armor, and can be replaced quickly when too damaged by the mines.
