He bit the cop too.  Prior convictions (including rape) were permitted to be taken into account consideration during sentencing.

It said he tested negative for any diseases, could it ahve been under the 3 strikes thingy? He had rape and domestic abuse under his belt.

Hmmm.. now that I think about it sounds like the media blowing something way out of proportion.
