Why all the fighting?

Why are we fighting in our virtual world?Does it really matter in the cosmic scheme of things?  Do sims like this bring joy, love, peace and harmony?  Shouldn't we stop all this fighting?  Take the guns off the planes and fly missions to drop food and clothing to the starving nations of our virtual world.
