Japan to send troops to Iraq

It seems that Japan will be sending troops to Iraq to help rebuild Iraq's infrastructure.

It doesn't seem that the debate in the Japanese Parliment Commitee was relaxed though:

A new legislative strategy: fight the other team while the leader calls a vote.  Then wonder why you won with a single vote.
