It's Rally Trophy, the best rally game to date IMHO.  The tarmac physics are a little off IMHO, but on gravel and mud and snow the handling is convincing.  FFB, sounds, graphics are fabulous.  Lots of great mods too.  Lately I have been flying around in a Peugeot 206 WRC.  :)
