My guess is he was going down the road, decided to reach for a new CD in the back seat and drifted to the right (the usual direction for someone reaching for something to the right), the guy next to him honked the horn to alert him to the drift, he oversteered, started to lose the back end, hit the brakes which
really loosened up the back end, and then the car found the concrete median and swapped anterior and posterior positions.
I'm thinking he obviously busted up his ground effects, maybe pranged his oil pan, and possibly damaged a tire or two and/or blew a shock.
