If the oil for food program was not a sanction I don't what you would consider one to be.

i don't think people should start work at 5 AM, we should be more like europe ,work 9AM to 11AM, loong lunch, nap,work 2PM to 5PM, and 6 weeks vac.

On top of it all you get to go on strike another 6 weeks of the year!  Thats why companies hate to have ffices in western europe, lots of them are moving east....
