Well the landlord came by again today, the air coming out of the vents is only 60ish degrees. He feels the problem is that the ducting under the apartment is not insulated and is losing probably 6-8 degrees in air temp because of this. It is so humid here that he said the venting is dripping with condensation. He is going to fix that next week. Hopefully that will work.
