I cant see how it would change from terrain to terrain.
Lets look at the phases of destruction and rebuild ......
As objects (or object groups) suffer attrition they aquire damage.(phase 1)
Once this damage reaches a preset level (determined by their hardness) they are destroyed.
There is then a period during which they remain destroyed (Phase 2)
Followed by a period during which they rebuild.(Phase 3)
Its my understanding that player resupply can only contribute to the shortening of Phase 3. (its a general resupply function not a HQ function...... )
Because a HQ is a group of objects which suffers progressive attrition during phase 1 (unlike a hanger which is either active or destroyed) the above becomes confusing when only looking at the % attrition reported by the system.
If a HQ is rebuilding from total destruction it may suffer further attrition before it is complete and be able to be resupplied by players.
I could be wrong tho
