The 327th Steel Talons are looking for mature pilots to fill recent openings in our three Aces High Squads.  We have flown as ROOK landers since our move from Air Warrior, and base our leadership style on traditions that go back nearly seven years.

Our Structure:  Members are assigned by their preference, but are not required to fulfill specific roles.  Trainers exist within each specialty for the benefit of all members.

FS:  Fighter Squadron -- Focuses on Bomber Escort and ACM combat.

TFS: Tactical Fighter Squadron -- Focuses on the (Jabo) Attack role

BS: Bomber Squadron -- Base Capture and Strat Reduction


Squad Night Operations Officer: OO
Members are invited, but not required, to participate in squad nights(SN).  A volunteer from the ranks directs the squad operations for each SN, and he calls the shots.  This affords all members a chance to lead the combined group in operation of his choosing.  Afterwards, an After Action Report (AAR) posted to our Yahoo Group Email list gets a thorough analysis with suggestions for next time.  In this manner, all members have an equal stake in the nature of SN operations.  The order of the day is... Have Fun!
