BRING BACK THE NIGHT!

I know it has been stated before but bring it back.  I need all the help I can get in getting a kill.....LOL!

Seriously though the night time section was a great feature and flying at "night" with the "sun" coming up was great.  The people who "logged off" just to get through the night sounds STUPID.  If you are scared of the dark then don't turn the lights off at home.  Eventually they would learn to live with it.

Under cover of darkness, you and you squdron fly at wavetop level in your TBF's, hoping to get close enough to cripple the Rookmania fleet and save Knightlandia from tyranny. After a successful mission, the survivors have to make a precarious nighttime carrier landing. Your wingman lost his main left gear, and is forced to belly land on the pitching carrier deck.

Sounds like fun....bring back the night plz.

Bleh. Once novelty of night wears off, night turns to log off time for me. Too damned boring if you're a fighter pilot exclusively

"Fire at the icons fire at the icons! The planes are somewhere below!"

Immersiveness gone.

Sorry to spoil yer party guys, but hey, that's the kind of guy I am  .

I'd like to see about 3-5 min of night.  Just long enough to make it feel good when the sun rises agian but not long enought to annoy.

yes, please bring night back. I think it would add more of a challenge for both bomber and fighter pilots.

IMHO it was fun to fly at night; Checked map and you saw that dot near you, starting to swing your plane trying to find that other NightFlyer
(And those sundowns were just beautiful)

Yeah bring back about 10 mins of night or less every so often.  Besides, I have a nice pair of night vision goggles

Night time is fun for bombers as well as fighters and it adds an extra challenge to everyone.  The people it will tick off the most are those that are in a groove or a routine and don't like to be forced out of it.

Actually I fit that category but just because I complain doesn't mean I don't like the challenge

I thought that one of the good points of the night was that ground vehicles and low flyin planes were next to impossible to see. So even if we cant get the night back entirely i wonder if there is a way for HTC to make vehicles and low-flying planes very hard to spot from the air - As it is in RL and should be...

Also, if we stick with a dusk period only, i wonder if icons can be reduced to D3 or so and dots (in the air) harder to see.

This would be a compromise for the people who logg off and those that enjoyed the stealth that the night time bought with it.

The night time in RL played a *huge* strategic role in WW2 (and nearly all military engagements), yet in AH night time (or the dusk period we get) brings no strategic advantages whatsoever. People are asking for better strategical focus in AH - this would be one way to help it...
