Took percocet for a day after abdominal surgery.  Don't even take asprin or ibuprofen but once or twice a year.  Then again... I don't have back problems.

And lazs... I don't quite understand how you bring up pizza map expecting a reaction... don't get it... then say I got mad about it.  Oh well... whatever takes your mind off the pain.

well... theres the "reaction" eh?   I simply pointed out that bringing up the pizza map would bring out the prissy hissy in deja.  Rude brought up pizza and me in the same sentance..  I commented but realized that any reference to pizza in a negative way (is there any other possible way?) would bring the condencending wrath of the allmost a mini cooper stuffer.

One of the biggest problems as you get older is that your hamstrings actually shrink, and this is what causes most folks lower back problems, I know I have been fighting it for the last 5 years.    Lots of streching will help, I do  20 min in the morning and 20 at nite but I also work out 3 to 5 times a week by either going to the gym or riding my bike.

Bottom line - stretch your hammys.

I'm sort of in the same boat, I have Crohn's Disease. Its an inflamation of the intestines that causes pain, nausea, and cramping when foods passes the affected section. Its funny in one regard, I can tell exactly where the food is enroute to my 6. Darvon/Darvocet is all I take tho... luckily.

dude, we should talk.   I was diagnosed with it also but before I let them start cutting (the next step) I changed my thinking, my diet (Ayurvedic) and it's basically GONE.

no symptoms and I can eat crap (pizza, beer, etc) about 20% of the time with very few ill effects.  It changed my life.

The only other option was to let them remove part of my small intestine, etc etc.. no friggin' way.

Lazs,

I'll type this very slowly so that you can read it in your pain induced haze...

I thought you bringing the pizza map up in a different thread was out of place given that it was the first mention of it in that thread.  It was odd.  Saying that I was defending a squad that I'm not in because of it was equally as odd.  I did not respond to those "accusations" in any way shape or form... but somehow I became an "enemy" because of it.

Seeing mention of it occur in an o'club topic on pain was even more bizzare.

I think you're confusing my "anger" at your bringing it up with your own personal obsession with the presence of enemies and thinking you're getting in good assaults on them.

So... carry on lazs.  I'm sure there are some enemies out there somewhere.  The main thing is that you keep looking.  Anything that makes the pain go away.

Sex works but it often leads to more stress since the partner tends to hang out afterwards im most cases.

Why don't you just kick your "partner" out, then. He'll get over it!
