Well if HTC is gonna hire more staff then I could see development costing more $$.  As it is though the number of employees at HTC doesn't seem to have changed, so I'd imagine with the exception of raises... how can development cost more than it already is?

I don't think its cost that holds HTC back... I think its time...

Trying to make Halo's idea work in Aces High II, would be allowing 2 logins via the same account but they have to be for the ToD arena, and be on opposite sides. That way niether Avatar (axis/allied) lags behind in rank, perks, etc. If one could pay maybe an extra $2.50 a month? Or offer it as a premium package which includes ToD and Classic Arenas. (since there has been no determination on pricing for AH2) If a person does own a "premium account" it allows for maybe just 1 satalite login.
