Heya hooli... believe me.. the cops are giving it a workout. They can't work puters either tho.
dune.. I have a chrome .45 30's vintage. I would not own the Colt "reproduction" as it would simply be a reproduction... the early ones had short triggers and arched mainspring housings and mine says "property of U.S. Government. The gun is reliable but won't shoot groups that are even close to the Kimber.
The picture of the Eclipse is right except for sights.. mine has the rounded fixed sights with tritium inserts.
Oh.. Kimber makes a 1911 .22 rimfire in custom II that is all t6. Very tempting...
the Kimber comes with one magazine, ONE... I had a half dozen laying around from the 30's 7 round jobs up to the wizz bang wilson ones in 8 round stainless with buttpads.... the friggin kimber likes all of em..
This is a fun gun to shoot. I had to fire up the .44's to keep from getting any gushier over the damn thing. Bought one if them little plastic holsters (well someone gave it to me) and the gun clips into it... most hassle free holster ai ever used... along with the 1911 slim profile.... neat package.
