I want faster PAN view, and want to use usually.Current PAN view is too slow to use in combat.Instant snap views are difficult to figure the borders between one and the next.Faster PAN view is more realistic. I WAAAAANT!!!!

Sino, try the SNAP variation. I think it's F8 on the keyboard. Or was it F9...all, well, it's one of those keys near the PAN and INSTANT keys.

the key is F7.  It's not an instant snap view put it's much faster than the pan views, and it's the best your probably going to get because I have never heard of a way to increase the speed of the pan views.

Thanks for your advice,Soulyss. But F7 view,I have been already using, and hate it,from the reason that I must push look up view so freqently while using Hat switch.I want to do view thing with only one switch. So I need faster PAN view.(I play Falcon4.0 and the latest version has much faster PAN view than the older.so I thought it might be possible to increase the speed.)

I can agree with this, i liked the pan views alot, it was only an month ago i realized that there where "snap views" available...

Been using the snap views all the time since i found out about them but i really would use the PAN views if they where faster...

sinos .. i have one switch on my stick that toggles the 8 views on the hat from horizontal to 45°up views (and the 45° forward up to straight up) you might want to try that  .. all you need is to set that up in your stick-map

Duck, But all I need on 45-up view is not only forward. Back and left, right are also important.(Without these 45-up views, seems that all the area can not be covered)   After all,I must push look up view simultaneouslly.

I'm not sure i understand here, but I move view around with the numpad and it works great. I have all the 45-up view wichever direction.
The snap view I have is a mix between the snap and the pan as when I press for a new view, the head turns quicly from the current position to the selected one and I'm able in a glance to see thru the transition. (Because the other snap view mode, when u press, head directly points at the new direction).
Dat jugs bro.

Dunno guys, my pan views are very quick, almost instantenious, but just enough slower to be nicer than a simple snap views . I wonder if the speed of view changes depends on the speed of your 'puter?

Same here...my panning view is plenty fast.  Any faster, and "realistically" my neck would snap!

Have you got your snap views set up?
Not only can you remap them to use the ones you use the most but you can adjust each view to make sure they overlap well and you have less blindspots.

Look @ http://www.reddragons.de/aceshigh/tactical.htm

There is a doc. there that goes thru setting up your views to get the best out of our snap system.  With 27 different snap views the options are limitless
