Last night I was questioned by someone as to why I attacked a TBM and did not attempt to evade an La7 that was on my 6. I assume that it was a semi kill steal whine.
My response was that I wanted to kill something...but there WAS a bit more to it than that.
I was in a 190D9 and the La7 that was behind me had a distinct E-advantage after I had lost him on a merge earlier and he got on my 6. I lost him because I mistook the TBM for the La7...I just saw a red icon at the top of a loop and dove on it. The La7 must have rubbed his hands together and figured I was "his"...which, if he was a decent pilot was probably true.
As I dove on the TBM I could see the La7 behind me at d-700 and closing. I rolled to get away from his cannons as I approached the TBM, so I didn't "not evade"...but what I was trying to do was to get the La7 to killshooter himself on the TBM.
I don't think it worked and the TBM ended up getting me...I may have rammed him by accident, not sure.
So, my little tactic was a failure. I feel so ashamed.

Sorry if I stole your kill whomever that was...but if there is one whine I love to hear, THAT is the one. I'm not good enough to be accused of cheating just yet...soon though...soon.
