You can deduce all you want, that is all you will get.  DVDprofiler or not my list is my list.  If you weren't so gay yourself you wouldn't be so interested in what I have in my DVD closet as I have already posted some of the ones that I have.  But, if you insist on this, its fine with me.  This is a land of diversity and there are plenty of areas for your colorful queer remarks on this BBS or others.  Go ahead, post away, no one has and no one will ever stop your posts.  ;)

PS - You were wrong about that last Queer Eye For The Straight Guy episode, that Prada bag was sooooooo wrong!!

What I can't understand is why you came out of the closet, but left your dvds in there.  It's an awfull lot of posts just to say you aren't going to put them on the web.

Denial is not just a river in Egypt.

Though... I must covet these:

Who Framed Roger Rabbit: Vista Series
Cabin Boy (one of the top 100 worst movies ever made)
Jason X: Platinum Series

Do you like the worst with the good? Cause I noticed in your list of haves:

The Adventures of Buckaroo Bonzai.
Porky's II
History of the World Part I(So bad no one would pony up for Part II)
The Man who Knew too Little(seen it, but it is borderline)
THE POSTMAN! Gawd!
Sixteen Candles?

If I find any Van Damme movies in your collection, I'm really gonna point and laugh...And invite others to do the same:)

Spaceballs

The 10th Kingdom?  Never heard of it. Good?

Rockstar:eek:

Awesome, ya got "Used Cars" I've refound my respect for you.

"Dude, Where's my car?" Respect gone.

A Fish called Wanda.  Alright, I guess your ok :)

Well, more than I care to continue reading.  I would say that the good out weighs the bad, but considering the abject depth of the bad, the difference is marginal.

Try to clean it up will ya:)

I have plenty of bad movies in my collection, but your list really aint none of them (except Porkys II, but that came with Porky's).

Bad movies on my list:
  • Get Carter (simply bad everything)
  • Freddy Got Fingered (Too much tom green is a very bad thing)
  • Ghosts of Mars (How Carpenter was associated with this I'll never know)
  • The Crow II and II (A box set with I which makes it all worth while)
  • Corky Romano
Just to name a few.  I do have some other bad movies I'm gonna have to buy:  Cabin Boy (spotted it in Tronski's collection), Dumb and Dumberer (Will surpass Get Carter as the worst movie in my collection) and Charlies Angels II.  And... since you've challenged me... I'm gonna have to get Universal Soldier just to cover the absence of both Dolf Lundgren and VanDam.

But let me adress the movies you singled out:

The Adventures of Buckaroo Banzai:
  • The only movie I've ever liked that had Peter Weller in it
  • The movie is worth the price of admission just for John Lithgow's performance
  • I simply never get tired of the John Smallberries, John BigBootie (THAT'S BIGBOUTAAAA!), John YaYa and the rest of the Yoyodine production boys.
History of the World Part I:  Not Great but definately had it's moments.  Tossing the pissboy's tip into the piss bucket had me rolling on the floor.  Lot's of other really subtle stuff in it that was just too hilarious.

The man who knew too little: A very fun movie.  Bill Murry's part was a little dry, but the rest made up for it.  Plus it has a chase scene with a mini and that's a good thing in any movie.

The Postman: Not a horrible movie, but not a great one either.  We have it mostly cause the wife likes Kevin Costner.

Sixteen Candles:  Holy Crap!  I cannot believe you listed this as a bad movie.  I must deduce that you have either no clue or no sense of humor.  This is one of the most classic films ever.  The quotable quotes are second only to those found in Princess Bride.  Hardly a day goes by where I don't utter the words "The donger needs food!" to the wife.

Teh 10th Kingdom was a made for TV mini series.  It's pretty good.

No, what it is is a lot of posts tell you 'no' to your request about posting my DVD collection to DVDProfiler.

You still haven't explained your choice of the Prada bag over the Coco Chanel one, fashion faux pas.

Now you're projecting diablo.  You can pretend that I'm gay too... while trying to pretend you aren't.  Feel free to keep coming up with new stuff if it makes you feel better about being a complete wuss.

BTW... I had to ask my wife what a prada bag was.  You're such a homo.

Never saw any of these. My wife bought Freddy Got Fingered, but I refuse to watch it. You are spot on about Green.

Don't forget Caddyshack II.  A friend at work loves CS but thinks CSII was some exec's gift to his director wannabe kid.

The clicheic stereotypes(or is it stereotypical cliches) in that movie really disowned me.  I cannot recommend it because of that.

Oh yeah! Dong! The Korean exchange student. Somehow I remembered his name as Wang.  I would have thought, for you, the movie too chick.  I'm surprised at this new side of you.  You should talk to Silat about the requirements for sensitivity officer.

Hmmm...Vague recollections at best.  I think it was TVs attempt to appeal to the sword and sorcery crowd.

Go ahead, stay in denile, as you said isn't just a river in Egypt.  I don't believe for one second you had to ask the wife anything.  Go ahead, try yet again...

What's great is the I keep saying 'try again', and you do!  Keep tolling!!

Ok here is mine. http://www.dvdprofiler.com/mc.asp?alias=biz339&type=O  I've got some stinkers in the mix, but for the most part I think I've got a pretty good start on a decent collection.
