Well the formula is Kill divided by deaths +1. So in your case its 1 / 4 (3 deaths +1) which should equal 0.25. Why it says 0.2 I am not sure unless the bail also has a slight affect on things. Possibly recorded as a bail but gave credit as kill to somebody is you were shot up.

If that is the case it would be 1/5 = 0.2

Why is he fighter rank "1" though?

Beats me .. I have seen it before though when I have upped a bomber for just 1 hop, hit something and then landed. And then was ranked as bomber 1.

Possibly something screwy in their math calculations determining rank when only have a 1 in a field. Best guess.

Complete speculation here..

Since there is a kill credited but the hit percentage is zero ( never fired a shot? ) maybe there's a math thingy built in to the formula that sends the rank determination out the roof, since, I believe, hit percentage is part of determining overall rank.

It says kills an hour is at 5. Yet he has flown 5 sorties and accumulated only 1 kill.... he had died 3 times, bailed once and landed once.. ehhh. math must be screwd

1 kill in 12 mins of fighter flight.  that works out to a projected 5 kills per hour.

bails count as deaths.
