Since logging on to the new map presently in the MA , The horizion is no longer veiwable in the distance. It is blue
and jagged and almost looks like a cloud bank.

It is the same in the training area as well and notice much more
lag than usual. Any suggestion would be appreciated.

You've accidently changed the view distance and currently have it at short view range. Press shift+1 for Full view, shift+2 for Medium view or shift+3 for Short view.
