I can tell you Oleg needs to fly in a jug.  Because it's still a pig to fly.  only minor improvements to the D-10 & D-22 model's the D-27 is horrid.

I posted a thread a while ago complaining about Oleg's reported bias against US aircraft.  He was quoted as saying "US aircraft were inferior" or something like that.  Its clear he's using USSR numbers in his flight model.  Imagine reporting to your superiors that the P-47 out-rolled a La-5 for -example.  You got a one way ticket to a gulag.  Now the B-17 and P-51 are soon to be-released.  Apparently his "numbers" are saying the P-51's top speed was 405 mph.  Crap really.  Typical Russian- talented- but not sophisticated enough to make a finished product and not sophisticated enough to know his KGB homer numbers are all wrong.

Heres d27 numbers right from the game. They are taken from decrypted sfs files and have a margin or error of +/-2%. These numbers are available for every flyable plane. If you think they are wrong go collect real realiable data that shows these are wrong and send it to Oleg.

We've been trying.. those of us who really like the Jug have complained..But we seem to be falling on deaf ears.  Perhaps we need to send him a good bottle of Vodka.

Nice charts Batz.  Do you have any for roll rate?

I'm not a real P-47 buff, nor am I skilled enough to fly those planes regularly in combat, but with the recent FM updates the P-47s are lethal in FB as much as in AH - when used right.

The E retention seems pretty simular to AH, and the dive acceleration is good. The problem is, roll speed is still a bit off. The low speed roll is a little too high, and the high speed roll is a little slow.

Also, the vibration when all 8 guns are fired are a bit harsher than compared to AH, which scatters the rounds a lot more than in AH, but still it is lethal firepower.

=RU=Youss made this particular program.

The data is taken from the the FB sfs files. It is real data taken from the game not from tests. The data is from the current version of FB 1.11.

Heres 3 threads

Just complaining about how you feel a plane is wrong in FB works about as well as it does in AH.

If you "feel" its wrong compile realiable data and send it to Oleg. If you show hes wrong then he will fix it. In the latest version of fb, in the read me, theres an explanation for how to report bugs.
