WKRP in Cincinati had a great episode where they did a reflex test on drunk people. A classic. The drugged out DJ kept getting faster the drunker he got. Drove the poor cop spare.

I was leaning tward it being Churchil but I wasn't sure.

It could be twain though, he's responsable for many of my favorite quotes
