I want to change my windows startup chime from the chime to the words "Shall we play a game" from the 1980's movie WARGAMES.

anyone know how i could do this? or is there already one out there i could DL?

Just add the wave file to your library and get into sounds and multimedia thru:  my computer - control panel - sounds and multimedia -

pick the sound you want for the function you want.

I use HAL, "All my circuits are performing perfectly" on my main, and on my secondary, "Grrrr, Get outta my Chair!" (The kids play on that one).

downloading it or setting it as the sound?

if it's the D/L just right click the link and choose 'save target as'

to set it to the sound goto control panel/sounds  choose the item you want to change and browse to the target

I tried the http://www.moviesounds.com/wargames.html site  and down loaded the wargames .wav just to test it,  worked fine.

if thats the sound you want I can just e-mail it to ya
