Now you don't mean to tell me Cheney would give his close buddy's a 1.2 Billion dollar contract without bid and it's a shady deal? He's a Republican, they don't do such things.
My mind is a raging torrent, flooded with rivulets of thought cascading into a waterfall of creative alternatives.

You people are weird, you cry and whine about the bad economy, lost jobs , outsourcing, etc .  Then when a american company gets a big contract, you still cry and whine, i think you just like to cry and whine.

Maybe you think a french company should have gotten the contract, after all , they know iraq very well.

LOL! You guys are funny.  I really mean it.  If you'd like not to be seen that way, you can read up just a little on how contracts are awarded (even if they're non-competitive) by the U.S. government.  LOL!

The options are a bit peculiar though... I'm suprised they weren't all excercised when he left.  The staggered compensation is not unusual in a job exit situation where large benifits are involved.
