The sky IS falling.
I call this a pre-announcement because I'm not quite ready to pull the plug. I went through the website today, and was pretty horrified about the state of the links and outdated info. So I felt that I owed it to the Community (to which many of you belong) to give some idea of what is going on at Chez Krod.
Krod's WarBirds Pages WILL be going down in the next few months. I am definitely going to be putting up some material for Aces High and WWII Online at least, and possibly for other WWII Propsims of the online only flavour. And the site will be called Propsim
It is under construction at the moment, and will be taking shape over the next few weeks. I'm hoping to get some moral support from HTC as well as others.
So, in the meantime, I have fixed a few of the bad links, done a few updates, and put in a barefaced appeal to pay the piper.
One of my next projects will need a fairly extensive collection of reference material of WWII Aircraft. So I'm appealing to all those that have old unwanted books on WWII aircraft to donate them to me as a gesture of your appreciation at being turned into a WarBirds ace by reading through all that stuff. To those of you that have saved large amounts on your WarBirds bill from bad connects, being pissed off with iEN, iMOL, Killa, or your wife/cat/dog, I'm offering a way of getting rid of that unwanted cash.

I'll be keeping you informed as to progress on the new website. It is going to be much better than that crappy old site of Krod's, and my brain is already sagging from the technical challenges (my HTML is rusty).
