Red Sox win.  Bringing us closer to that final sign of the Apocolypse, a Cubs v. Red Sox World Series.

And you thought the Earthquake series was bad.  If these two make it, I'd stock up on ammo and canned goods.

F the Sharks.  They won't see a dime from me until Jameson is gone.  Like the Warriors, they should be contracted or moved to where there is a decent owner.

"Curse of the Bambino my arse..."

Wrong.  It's all part of the "Curse of the Bambino."

If Boston lost and did not get to face the Yankees, where they will choke within 6 games, it would have been the cause of just one of the other, lesser curses.   It only counts as "the Bambino's Curse" if the Boston fans hopes and expectations are at a super critical high AND PLAYING AGAINTS THE YANKEES IN A POST SEASON FACE OFF.  For this is the ultimate cruelty and Ruth really gets his rocks off as the Beantowne fans have that much more of a "crash" back to earth :)

It's true. The University of Southern Maine even has a whole course in thier Sport Psychology Institute devoted to this.

I also have to say that collision between Jackson and Damon was the worst baseball collision in the outfield I have ever seen.   I was stunned to say the least.

And the worst part is that if the yankees beat the red sox, YANKEE will start making pro yankee posts. She is such a YANKEE!!

Man this is hard.  Normally I root for whoever is playing the Yankees.  But after the classless actions by Bosox players and fans during the ALDS, I can't support them.  Go Cubs.

YANKEES ALL THE WAY!  I have no doubt in my mind that the Yankees will take it all the way.  But the A's Sox game was a fabulous one, 2-2 count and he gets called on an inside corner sinker (that seemed to break like a fricken screwball).  Luckily the Sox won (no competition for the Yankees taht way :) )
But that fan from the A's throwing stuff (or whatever he did) at Boston players after their center fielder got nailed was uncool... So go Yankees!!!  I also hope the Cubs get to the world Series as well... Would be good if the Cubs and Yanks met there, since this year was the first time theyve played each other in 65 years or so...
