I just wanted to thank everyone, whether i killed you...or you hammered me...for the great time at A3 last night.
Spawing from A9, I rolled there to discover the city dead...I immediately scurried back to get an M3. One nearby con saw what was up and drilled me everytime I got close. Soon others joined me and more GVs attempted to drive out there. Then defenders upped airplanes in droves, and GVs poured from the Vehicle Hangar. Then the knits attacked the bishop base, and my Rook brothers began mounting air attacks to support the GVs.
What ensued was a 3 hour battle. I've never seen so many GVs, tracers, airplanes and craters...ever! It was a blast hearing incoming shells over fly, hit short, and our guys returning fire.
I took some screenshots but didnt bring them to work with me.
We finally took the base and some of ya complained when we did, killing the fight...it didnt last for long...we just did the same thing at another base!
Yet another night where I start playing at 8pm and when I next glance at the clock, its 12:45am!
Thanks, HTC, for a great game...Fester, for a great map that's made Aces High exciting again...and you guys, the players...for great nights like last night!
