Where was the outrage?

Trouble with Rush's statement was that it was a bogus reach for a story. "The Media" is who exactly? And there have been many successful black quarterbacks.... he was just trying to be controversial and it bit him in the ascot.

I disagree, I think he was being honest.  I present you Tiger Woods as an example.  Good for business.  The "Twins" in tennis...good for business.

Tiger Woods... the first great Black golfer. No question there.

The Williams Sisters (not twins) - Good for business? I think things were going better for Woman's Tennis back when Chrissy Evertt was queen.

Great Black QB? - Doug Williams? didn't exactly light people's fires. Slash, er Cordell? Nope. Michael Vic... maybe if he stays healthy. Trouble with your Tiger analogy is that he is the greatest of all time. Any QB, black or white to dominate football like Tiger does golf would be richer than god. In other words, his race is secondary.

I believe what Rush was referring to was a "Joe Montana" QB.  One hasn't surfaced yet, although the media has been eager to prematurely paste that title on to the aforementioned QB's.  Like I said, the Media took it as a racism question not because of the comment itself, but because of the source of the comment.

Dennis Miller and Elton John trade insults:

"I would call the French scumbags but that would be a disservice to bags filled with scum..."

Dennis Miller at Andre Agassi's Grand Slam charity event for Children

At a children's charity event, this tard goes for a tacky political swipe.

Elton John, replied:

"When people say, `Why do they hate us so much?

Why do they hate us so much?'..........Dennis Miller."

Sorry but Tiger is not the greatest of all time.  Have you even watched some of the seniors throughout their careers?

Yes and Nicklaus is the only one that may have an argument with my conclusion.
