I can get into vehicles in the hangar and change gears, but I cannot advance the throttle to get past idle speed; I just cannot get the thing to move.

Neither my throttle [which works on airplanes, nor the = key can get my Ostwind or M16 rolling.]

This must be an obvious one, but I can find no documentation, and I think I've tried pressing every single key combined with every possible modifier.

After u change ur gear, try pushing up on the joystick....to break push back on it.

Also be weary of Hillsides, and downshift when going up a hill till you find a gear that won't loose speed. Its complicated, but once you get the hang of it, No worries man.
