Haven't seen this one posted yet, so here goes.
Getting these strange flashes in the sky. Kind of like a distant storm ... only more annoying, and almost constant.
Lower-end system here:
Windows Me (4.90, Build 3000)
Intel Pentium III, ~860MHz
512MB RAM
DirectX 9.0b (4.09.0000.0902)
Radeon 8500 64mb with 3.6 Catalyst drivers
Direct3D set to 'optimal performance'
Frame rates suck. Setting in-game options to lowest doesn't appear to have any impact.
Btw, my vid card doesn't show up in the video setup in AHII. It does show up in AH.
