GW Sr. came to Tucson while I was a motor. The Secret Service advised us to make sure we did not drop the bike in front of the motorcade as they would NOT stop. AS it was one of the motors hit some sand and went down. He did a tuck and roll and came up to attention to salute the limo as it went past. :) GW was a class act, he not only stopped to shake the hands of all that were in the escort but sent his personal physician to check on the motor Officer that went down. All of us that made it to the airport got a nice 8x10 of the handshake photo.
DEFINITION OF A VETERAN
A Veteran - whether active duty, retired, national guard or reserve - is someone who, at one point in their life, wrote a check made payable to "The United States of America", for an amount of "up to and including my life."

Was a cool little moment for an 18 year old...

I shook hands with Clinton back in 1992.  Probably because I was a cwuuute little kid at the time... Got some pictures too, it was neat.
