Wait a minute... it's juries and judges who decide if the cases have merit and what damages to award....
Could it be that Judges and Juries don't have any common sense to see through the fraud that these lawyers are foisting upon them?
Or could it be that the law suits do have merit and the big corperations which are being sued have caused substatial damage to consumers?
Like the Dalcon shield, breast implants, Ford Pintos, Thalidamide...
