Yep, A15 Crusader aka Cruiser MkVI with 2pdr cannon.
Cant be sure if it's MkVI or MkVIa from the angle pic is taken but it looks like there's no MG turret thus making it MkVIa Crusader II.

hmm Zhivago is right, it's Covenanter..
Most of the fast (if not all) British "Cruiser" tanks used Christie suspension thought not with the steerable first ground wheesl like Russian BT-2, BT-5, BT-7 and and BT-8 had.
