Do most of you map trim to stick buttons, and for the X45 users what works the best?
I tried mapping to a slider but it never seemed to work...

Hi

I use throttle "mini mouse" for alv. & elv trim. Rudder rocker for rudder. It works to me.

I use one of the hats on my joystick for all the trim.  I use the wheels on my throttle for Engine RPMs and Wheel Brakes...it's nice to have analog breaks and my rudders don't have toe brakes.  I'm using the TQS, but the X45's throttle is just a space-age copy of the TQS, so it's probably the same difference.  Can you set the wheels on the X45 as analog axis in windows?  That's how I have mine set up, and just map it in Joy Stick Mapping in AH.

Using the latest Saitek programming software, I banded the rotors for rudder and elevator trim and the rudder rocker for aileron trim (have peds) in this profile
