Go to view settings and uncheck 'start in mouse view' or get you a gyro mouse, you just point it in the direction you want to look, really cool. problem is you have to find something else to do with those hat switches lol.:lol

Or.....you could move the mouse cursor off screen (which'll leave you facing some odd direction, like straight down at the seat) and then hit F1 to bring you back to a forward view........and then you've still got mouse control for when you want it.

I just wish they'd turn off mouselook when you bring up the clipboard.

Shift M toggles it on and off. Both in plane and in the tower.

Some folks complain about the damnedest things. Mouse View is great. What’s the problem with it? As soon as you hit a view key you snap right back to forward view.

Or is to distracting while manipulating the clipboard? Isn’t that akin to be distracted by shiny things?

But anyway ya whine about it its not like you cant just turn it off.

BTW the old mouseview system where you hold right buttom to activate and snaps back to front view when you release it still works. ;)
