Title: Google play store emulator?

Have any of you ever heard of or used a play store emulator? I'm wondering as to help a friend who uses playstore but is not having any luck with that.

Yeah, Thanks! I have that right now and have been useing it constantly but it doesn't feel like the play store or as fast as the google plays store.

Is that the best to use besides play store or is there anything better?

I have only used Bluestacks. I have minimum requirements for playstore on my pc.
