You only have two more KOTHs to try and reserve your invitation for this years tournament.
Invitations have been reserved for the following:

Possible dates and times for this years TOC are January 5th or 12th with a start time of 3pm or 4pm EST.
GMT I believe would be 8pm or 9pm same date.
Question for invitees, how does this fit your schedules?

I was actually leaning toward the 12th but if the only 2 people that have responded say 5th ok , 5th ok with me, not official yet though. I was thinking the 12th to give the new year a full week to setle down., I'm available both days though.

And I guess your stuck with me as the host seeing I didnt earn an invitation this year.
Whomever wins, be prepared to send me a good quality picture of your squad noseart and a picture of your plane similar to the ones on previous TOC plaques.

Looking at the numbers you have to consider AKDogg, BearKats, BluKitty, Murdr, Platano, TC and WMLute early favorites.
Previous two winners did get invitations.
First crate of the night will be the P-47D-25.
Winner of course get the usual 8"x10" plaque.

Fianna was deleted in August. I got a new account in October for DGS, and the name is RoyHobbs.

January 5th it is. I posted tentative dates and times way back in November. That was the time to discuss conflicts, not 1 week before the event when the date has already been set.

It's up to players using one name and attending using another fo notify me.
I'll be very cautious of someone saying this was me 5 minutes before TOC start time. Chances are they do this, they will regret it, not me.

I gota say today was a fantastic TOC.
It was some of the best fight's I have seen to date in the game.
The murdr/kappa p38 duel was one for the ages.

Correct, 300dpi, heres the exact things they require:
Make sure image is at least 3” in size and a minimum of 300 dpi.
I'll adjust the size when I fit it into the overall logo.
If you have someone running the hi res pack I'd like a picture something like this to include also:

Make sure you pick the right plane and skin. Noseart does not need to be real visable as it will be below the name / gamID also.

So, I believe m00t is working on the squad pic (this is the one that needs to be 300dpi?)
Also, you will need a SS like that p47 with the skin I choose? I run AH at 1600x1200 res and use the hi-res textures.. Can i just fly offline or something and take a SS and send it to you?

This is roughly what it'll look like, generally speaking, of course the text will be slightly different in appropriate places.

The logo above the text needs to be "Make sure image is at least 3” in size and a minimum of 300 dpi. ". I'll take care of the details when I assemble it but its easier if they are close to 3"/300dpi before asemblage.
A offline screenshot will definately be good, you can also adjust sun angle and other stuff to get it a little brighter, for example if the noseart is even big enought to be seen.
For Privacy send to me via email [available through profile]or my HTC/flyaceshigh email, your name, IF you want that on the plaque. Far as I'm concerned you could just have kappa, thats up to you. and a shipping address, it'll most likely be shipped UPSground.
The name and if you want it displayed, the noseart graphic, the plane picture. your choice of background, oak, cherry, or black. Your shipping address is all i need. Previous plaques have been finished in a couple months, hoping to cut this in half and have it done by February.
Sidenote- I dont know you well enough and no location posted so I'll ask, is the Stars and Stripes the flag you want included?

Total graphic size will be approx 3'x5" and squad logo will be smaller than that, probably in the range of 1" to 1.5" tall.

Here's the squad art 3" high at 600dpi (http://farm3.static.flickr.com/2345/2174359724_71d91812f0_o.png). I made a big one to guarantee it wouldn't pixelize (e.g. you could print that big one at 1200dpi for a 1.5" high print), but if you need one that's at 1:1 pixel:printer dot resolution, here's one that's exactly 1.5" high at 600dpi (http://farm3.static.flickr.com/2188/2175200956_3486306c54_o.png), and another exactly 1.5" high at 300dpi (http://farm3.static.flickr.com/2140/2175213566_afcbab9f34_o.png).
Let me know if there's anything wrong with any of them.

I wasn't familiar with this .png format but went to its homepage, http://www.libpng.org/pub/png/ and am interested in maybe using this for the whole logo, as the plaque maker does accept .pngs. Is it tough to learn and work with?

PNG is a great format fuze. if you have photoshop you can do all your stuff as one image and save it as a png file, which really holds quality.

thanks for the offer and I'll take you up on it IF I cant manage to get .png going. IN the long run I think it'd be better me using that then high quality .bmps/.jpegs, that I have been using last two years.
