What exactly is it doing when you try downoading?
Is there an error message or are you having trouble finding it after the download completes?
What operating system are you using?

ok I need to know what is it doing when you try to save it to the offmiss folder? Are you getting an error? Is it just not showing upin the folder?
Vista sometimes shows things in weird locations. Have you actually tried to find the mission in the game yet or have you only been unable to find it in the folder?
we need more details man or we can't help you.

go into technical support forum
look at vista setup needs
vista hides the files, you need to follow skuzzy's setup instructions

I save the map in the maps folder, then i save the mission in the offmiss folder then i log on to ah and i dont c the missions. Nwbie, i really dont understand what skuzzy is trying to say, im newb with cpu stuff.

what I do zoo, is that when i download the offline mission. I download it into a seperate file(instead of right into the game). Then I just click and drag into the right spots. It works fine for me and I have done it on vista

silly question maybe - but are you -unzipping- the files first?
you need to unzip them - then place the file in the folder
if you are doing that - please ignore
-
you can try clicking the "compatability files" button at the top of the window to show the files that you are missing.
I found this totally by accident when I got my first vista computer.
