Title: Achievements being Broadcast by System

What is the criteria for these?  I've seen "The best defense" and "Paint the town red" among others...

I'm not at all against broadcasting players accomplishing achievements, but it seems like the ones being broadcast aren't that difficult to achieve, where as some of the tougher and historical achievements go unsung...

Is it just the top-tier achievements being broadcast?

Seems to me, the only achievements I have seen being broadcasted so far had all been at 100 rep. pts level.

ive seen the one for dropping the troop that wins the war also.

That's a 100 point achievement as well.
