I'm not a skinner, dont have the software for it. But I have a question ---
Will HTC permit skins depicting captured aircraft in their testing colors? Clould open wide range of interesting possibilities, like a Japanese pony or a German P-47.
I for one think it would be fun to fly.

if its historicaly correct i wouldnt see why they wouldnt do it.
it would be fun dong some of the skins

i would doubt it for the MA as i'm 100% positive none of the captured birds saw combat afterwards.

a captured italian p38 saw action. it shot down several b17s before having a battle with a yb40 (b17 gunship) in which the p38 was forced to ditch in the sea and the yb40 limped home. but this p38 was in US markings I believe.

Lockheed P-38G Lightning was captured after the pilot landed in error at Capoterra, Italy, June 12, 1943. This aircraft was later used by Colonello Angelo Tondi to attack B-17s off Torvajanica. One B-17 was shot down making it the only known kill by an enemy flying an American fighter. The aircraft was finally grounded due to engine damage because of the lower octane of Italian aviation fuel.

The Germans used some B-17s operationally.
That said, due to the scarcity of Allied aircraft in Axis colors or Axis aircraft in Allied colors historically that they wouldn't make for good skins.
IIRC there was a Bf109 used operational by the USAAF in North Africa as they were having trouble getting enough fighters. They were pressing anything workable into service. I could be recalling incorrectly though.
