Title: Explosion delay a bit long

Is it just me or does the delay in the sound of explosions from the time of impact or plane exploding seem to be off or excessively delayed a tad on the long side regardless of distance or orientation of the event in question.

Example. I see a plane explode in flight at 5.0
And its
Event-----------------------------BOOM
                                                       
I see a plane explode at 1.0 where you would expect to hear the explosion almost instantaneous and its         
Event-----------------------------BOOM

I am noticing the same thing with ground explosions

Perhaps some tweaking?

Every time I count it off it seems to me the delays are right for about 1100 feet per second.

Keep in mind the relative motion between you and the point of the explosion could change the delay substantially - from about 3 seconds to 2 seconds at 1k for something you're chasing at 300 mph. I don't know if the game models this, though.
