Title: GV only terrain

There is a gv only terrain in the custom arenas called gv bliss

It also has two distroyable bridges by v8 and v9

Just as an FYI for those new to this -- you may already know -- you still need to disable the airplanes from the v-fields, or they can spawn from the VH, if the plane is small enough to make it out.

The terrain itself doesn't mean GV-only, you have to disable the planes in the table setup.
