Curious about copyright when add music to the videos...is there any?

If so how do you know what music is usable?

I rip straight from YouTube Eagler ...if there's a strike YouTube let me know. even then it isn't the end of the road . Most restrictions are regional or by country Tons of mine are banned in Russia lol
