These appear over tanktown on Jaeger's new terrain in F5 mode. The triangular shadows move in and out of view along the right and left edges of the screen. It has something to do with water and the sun's angle.
Here's a psave F5 view of the same anomaly on ndisles at 10:04 am game time looking toward the sun.
