Starting at the beginning of the calendar year, the FSO CMs are going to be the targets of the FSO players and vice versa. The fun goal is to see which player can shoot down the most CMs on the target list. Also, which player gets shot down the most by the CMs.
The CMs are the Outlaws.
The FSO players are the Marshals
A few simple rules:
1) Outlaws in same squad as Marshals are EXEMPT for that squad.
2) Friendly shoot downs are not counted. Axis Outlaws are Exempt from Axis Marshals and vice versa. Same for Allied Outlaws and Allied Marshals.
3) Marshals can have multiple shoot downs of the same Outlaw in calendar year.
4) Outlaws can have multiple shoot downs of same Marshal in calendar year.
5) Victories only count with original aircraft of the Frame. No 2nd hour aircraft unless player missed first hour and original 2nd hour aircraft will substitute for first hour aircraft.

Exemptions are the listed Marshall Squad and same squad Outlaw. For example, the 412th and Nefari are exempted from each other. For each FSO Frame, the other exemptions would be just for the Allied Outlaws and Marshals from each other and the same for the Axis side.
