Don't know if anyone else having a problem, but cannot get into the Arena's but doesnt comeback with the standard to try a different route. Also am unable to open the Billing info too.

Alright, i open up my shortcut on my desktop and it opens asces high. Once i get to the options for: Online Arenas, Offline, Video Settings, etc., I click on Online and it just flashes the same clipboard. I've tried several times to keep clicking it just does'nt work. Any help. I've checked and i am connected to internet

i open the game and click on "online arenas" and nothing happens. the mouse doesnt move for a second or two then moves again and i'm still on the same screen. i had already updated to the latest version with no problems. running windows seven.

:rofl ... the next time you want to do a new install, just RENAME your current folder to something like ... C:\HiTech Creations Save ... then do a new install.
You can then copy any files you need into the new install.

CAN go to off line stuff but nothing online.
I'm sure if it's something going on with Aces High they'll have it fixed soon.

I had a weird issue like that (not a BSOD)...was playin BC2 one night. All the sudden BC2 closed because my Steam "credentials" expired...now I didn't even have that open but Steam exited my game out and popped up anyway...was doing well for once (in BC2) too.

i can get into the offline stuff. i wondered if it was the windows security update. i went back to my restore point but no luck there either. hope this gets fixed soon.

When the main clip board comes up and I click "online areans" nothing happens. Tried to reinstall and checked fire wall settings, nothing helps. I can play off line. and help

Got to be something on the HTC end. I was in the game and took a break and went to go back in and nothing.

HTC's servers have locked up. The BBS was inaccessible for a while as well. I'm sure someone has called in and they've put up the Skuzzsignal.

I undid the Windows 7 update with a system restore point. Still no joy. As everyone is beginning to suspect, this has got to be a HTC thing.

I "reinstalled" too, just over the top of the old install. Doesn't touch settings or add-ons but overwrites the EXE and textures.

Imo, nothing really to apologize for, the game was down for 15 minutes before you guys fixed it in typical lightning speed fashion. Not to mention it happened after office hours. Fantastic job in my book. :aok
