Title: Spitfire Mk 8 cockpit bug

The Spitfire Mk 8's cockpit floor is not visible when viewed externally. The floor shows correctly on all the other Spitfire marks.

In addition the MK 8 tailwheel rotates incorrectly.

The Mk 8 cockpit floor and tailwheel animation bugs are still present.
