Like to see an option in the hanger for the gunners postion (ammo) loadout on planes like the 110.
I never fire the rear gun and always dump the ammo on climb out.
Like to see the option of not having to load the rear gunners postion.

HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA
You save 60lbs on a 18,000lb aircraft!
Better to just keep the lousy ammo.
You realize you're carring almost 700lbs of cannon ammo, right? The 60lbs from the tail gun is lost after your first attack.
EDIT: Here's the weight table I made for myself a little while ago. I'll share it. 100% is fuel, for testing purposes.
basic = 750 20mm rounds & 255 30mm rounds
110G-2 basic 100%: 17500 lbs
110G-2 basic (no30mmAmmo) 100%: 17169 lbs
110G-2 basic (no20mmAmmo) 100%: 17137 lbs
110G-2 basic (noAmmo) 100%: 16805 lbs
gunpod = 750 20mm rounds & 255 30mm rounds & 400 20mm rounds
110G-2 gunpod 100%: 18181 lbs
110G-2 gunpod (no20mmAmmo) 100%: 17623 lbs
110G-2 gunpod (noAmmo) 100%: 17292 lbs
Basic 20mm ammo weight = 363 lbs
1x 20mm round = 0.484 lbs
Basic 30mm ammo weight = 331 lbs
1x 30mm round = ~1.3lbs
Gunpod 20mm ammo weight = 195
Total gunpod weight = 681 lbs
empty gunpod by itself = 486 lbs

Do you load things on your plane that you dont use, want, or need?
I think 1300 rnds weights a little more than 60 lbs

7mm rounds weight 0.06lbs per round. That's 78lbs for 1300 rounds.
EDIT: And for the most part you might need it. How do you know? I've been given instant pilot wounds by 110 rear gunners in this game before. They've instantly got my oil in the first ping. It does help, if you know how to use it. I don't bother, personally, but I like that it's there as a last ditch.
It weighs almost nothing. It weighs 1/3 of 1 percent of the entire aircraft weight (0.003%).

By firing the rear gun's ammo supply you gain... nothing.
By keeping it you gain... an abysmal small chance of hurting something with it. But that's still better than nothing.
And I have been shot down by 110 tailgunners indeed. 2 times. :aok
(Also you might use it to fool people. When an enemy con is closing on your six, fire your tailgun at a distance > 2K. Chances are he might think you of you being a total clueless noob and gets a bit careless... ;) )

Oooh.. damn! That's just so evil it might work!

ok ok ok LOL...... Thought this was a wish list thread
this is like being asked 'what would you like"? then getting razed for asking
Sorry I posted anything
anyway here's a spec sheet

You jest... but i actually do that in aircraft with tailguns - and it works.
Best one is when 262's are being a bit cautious attacking you if you are in bombers. Give them the noob impression and they lose all of their fears.
